Matured in Australian Tawny Port casks and finished in ex-Madeira and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, this whisky brings layers of fortified cask depth and decadence. Expect aromas of sticky date pudding, pantry spices and brown sugar, leading to a smooth, lingering finish that pairs perfectly with Christmas cake or festive dessert.
