Cask Strength - Tawny Cask Single Malt Whisky

Very occasionally, we come across a special cask that truly stands apart. One that showcases such incredible character it demands to be left untouched. Bottled at its natural strength, just as cask created. We’re thrilled to share our first Select Cask release, a French Oak Tawny Cask Single Malt Whisky.

Nose:
Rich and inviting, with notes of dark fruits and warming spice. Think stewed plums, raisins, and fig layered with toasted almonds, caramelised sugar, and a hint of oak-driven spice.

Palate:
Full-bodied and decadent. Waves of dried fruit and burnt toffee unfold into flavours of dark chocolate, dates, roasted nuts, and a velvety mouthfeel. The higher strength amplifies its depth and lingering finish.

Finish:
Long, warming, and complex. Lingering notes of sweet spice, oak, and dark caramel slowly fade, leaving a luxurious, satisfying dryness.

Bottled at cask strength for maximum character and depth.
